Our goods are one-of-a-kind stoneware / earthenware pieces or sets. Due to the nature of the hand-making process, there will be slight variations between pieces and sets. Please note that works are unique and not exactly the same due to the firing process and handmade quality.

In Stock Items

  • Laura Seymour Studio goods are one-of-a-kind stoneware / earthenware pieces or sets. Due to the nature of the hand-making process, there will be slight variations between pieces and sets. Please note that works are unique and not exactly the same due to the firing process and handmade quality.

  • In stock pieces will be shipped within 5 business days of when the order was placed.  Please reach out if there is a rush, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.  

  • Please contact us if you would like to arrange an in-studio pick up at info@lauradseymourstudio.com or 917-447-5505  

  • For in stock items, Shipping and Handling will be based on weight, destination, and shipping method.  It will be calculated in the checkout process. 

  • Please inspect items upon receipt. Any damaged items must be claimed within 3 days of receipt. If a claim is not reported within 3 days of receipt, the goods are considered to be accepted as is by the buyer. Documentation of damaged product and shipping boxes by photos is helpful in expediting a claim with the shipping company.

Made-to-Order Pieces

  • Please contact us at info@lauradseymourstudio.com for an inquiry for Made-to-Order pieces. Lead times, price quotes and other details can be discussed. 

  • A 50% deposit is required for Made-to-Order pieces. An invoice will be generated and sent to you upon order with a request for the deposit. The production will begin once the deposit is received. 

  • Made-to-order pieces will have a 6-8 week lead time.  Orders are produced in order of receipt. 

  • It might be possible for Made-to-Order pieces to be adjusted to suit the customer.  It is possible that the change might require a price change – including a size change, quantity, and glaze.  Send and inquiry, and we can discuss.

  • For Made-to-Order items, shipping and handling will be estimated at time order is placed, and adjustments will be made at time of shipping. Shipping cost will not be included with the deposit.

  • Please inspect items upon receipt. Any damaged items must be claimed within 3 days of receipt. If a claim is not reported within 3 days of receipt, the goods are considered as accepted as is by the buyer. Documentation of damaged product and shipping boxes with photos is helpful in expediting a claim with the shipping company.

  • Made-to-Order pieces are not returnable.

  • Made-to-Order pieces or sets are not subject to cancellations unless authorized by our studio. If production has started, we reserve the right to hold any portion of the deposit needed for reimbursement of costs incurred in production of the original order.  If production has not started, we will release the deposit.
